Urge Bar has been a part of the Auckland gay community since 1997, making it the longest running gay men's bar in the country. We are a no-attitude masculine space catering towards the Bear, Rugged, Masculine, Leather crowd & their admirers.
Paul and Alan took over the bar five years ago and we have been striving to provide a community focal point in New Zealand's biggest city. We are a gay bar run by gay men and our aim is to provide a safe and fun place to dance, drink and cruise.
